In Europe this set is called TEMPLE OF ANUBIS #5988. In the USA AND CANADA the set is called PHARAOH'S FORBIDDEN RUNIS. It is actually written on the SIDE OF THE BOX. I will show it tomorrow when I show the larger mode... Bill

Actually just an F.Y.I the explorers on the bottom of the box are from left to right Sam Sinister and Baron von Baron and they are the bad guys but i still would love this set!!

Adventure sets are also my favorite series... I don't have the entire ADVENTURES sets but DO have all of the ORIENT EXPEDITION sets and ALL of the INDY sets. I just love HIGH ADVENTURE!!! This is the greatest adventure set of all time...  Bill

Indeed it is!!! There are a TON of very high quality bricks. Because there are NOT ANY DECALS and everything is machine painted on - it perfect for building ALL KINDS of creative motifs!!! BTW - I did a preview of the set in my video BLOG - see - "Modeling Blog Daily - Pharaoh's Forbidden Ruins OVERVIEW". This set is now probably the BEST LEGO SET I OWN... I cant belive you got this set! how much its cost? the cheapest Iv saw was over 200$...on ebay(there is no bricklink on israel) and thouse 2 "explorers" are the bad guys

black guy is Mr. Hates iv sayd that once and the other guy whit the funny thing on is shoulders is Sam Sanister, jony Thunder's bigest enemy! something like beloq for indy but not for just 1 movie

All you have to do is fingd the LEGO SET #5988. It is very difficult to find this set and it rarely shows up on EBAY. Perhaps you may have better luck on BRICKLINK... FINE MODEL... Bill

Thanks. I think the LEGO designers of the late 90s were genisus'. This is a picture model - a IDEA - on the long side of the box. That is the only place you will find it. But it is a stunning portrayal of two exploreres reading for the adventure of a lifetime!!! Thanks for the comments... Bill

Thanks... This one is a very simple model of a picture on the BOX of the "Pharaoh's Forbidden Ruins" showing two intrepid explorers reading themselves for a expedition of high adventure... It is a WAY COOL model and kind of gets you in the mood to GO ON A EGYPTIAN DIG!!! HA HA!!! Bill
