yeah each marine is 1 unit

you have a max of 200 units that you can make

ex: tanks are counted as 2 units...

so therefore, Shine (the Terran) had at least 50-70 marines before the irridation backfired on him

there is a reason why the dont go groups of valks. first its only air to air, since zerg can quickly change from ground to air or air to ground, it is a waste. secondly 3 valks would lose horribly. they arent invincible against air unless in like a group of 10, therefore being a waste of money. and notice he quickly changed from guards and mutas to ultras and lings. these guys dont get on televsion and make money for nothing you know!

you haven't got a clue about starcraft.... valkaries are useless vs zerg. You should just irradiate like 4 vessels and smear them over the guardians to kill them instead of making valaries. Valk can't attack ultralisks on the ground and they have SLOW firing rate that makes them extremely vulnerable to scourges.

The wraith was supposed for overlord hunting at a cheaper price and faster production rate. However T got lazy and didn't micro so his wraith got killed by scourge/mutalisks.
