Security wasn't checking that particular night. They look through bags and pat you down, but usually skip over simple digital cameras unless it's something professional grade. It does depend on the artist though. Some are more strict than others and instruct security to be so. I've yet to encounter security in Halifax that will take your camera.
This was truly one of the high points of a really wet show! Ronnie really carried the day for the boys this night - and this was the pièce de résistance....
Going to see Paul McCartney in Halifax next month. Was security checking for cameras on your way in? Just wondering if I should hide mine when I go.
