For 3 years ago this ad made me start running, and have been running since, Now I have become a competitive runner and have finished a bunch of half marathons, 10k's and even marathons. I can't thank you enough for this ad Nike and uploader :) And still watching this ad when I need motivation :)

that's slow even if you're running a marathon lol

I'ts not that slow, when you say it in kilometers its 10.6 km/ph, 1 mile = 1.6 km

it's very slow. Professional marathon runners will average almost 20kph. An amateur runner could do at least 14kph for half an hour

@jezisss Wow, i wish i could run like that but i know the world fastest 5k was like 14 mins so that wouldn't be possible. Because a 5k is like 3.1 miles i think.
