You are correct, and they ( multinational-banks) are doing this purposefully, to spread their goal which is basically to create a global socialist/communist centralization of economic and authoritative power. Basically what the IMF does it is makes loans to foreign countries or third world nations which are impossible to ever pay back, then when they don't pay it back, they force them to hand onwership of their natural resources to the loaners as collateral on the debt.
