  • co-produced BBC Comedy and BocPix in association with RTÉ. its as much British as it is Irish. also filmed in Scotland.

  • @fukdyamum Dosen't matter if it is organised now by the bbc,it is an all irish cast and its based of irish humour.

  • with fucking pleasure AHAHAHA!!!!!!

  • Take a look.

  • this is the funniest thing i ever seen on tv. where can i see more

  • @dachshund19 bbc i player

  • @dachshund19 are you fucking serious? If this bullshit blows your mind, don't check out Curb or flight of the conchords. they will blow your brains out the back of your head. Only fucking retards and the emotionally underdeveloped find the base humour of Mrs brown funny.

  • @Tubewormdotorg i couldn't agree more. This type of comedy is purile guff! Its 2 decades late, and insults those who watch it. Curb, however, is comedy gold!

  • @MultiDAS1000 This scene can be broken down into "X is going to have a thermometer up his bum, GOOD, I hope it gets stuck somehow....oh look, it has".. Its pathetic. I get it, if this happened to someone I know, I would laugh..... But I want my TV to be a bit above that which I can think up myself.

  • @Tubewormdotorg You're breaking it down into plain text when the humour is in the execution.

  • @bigstevie01 No, I am breaking down to Situation. Seeing as it is a situation comedy it is an apt criteria by which to judge it. I just find the situations and the dialogue juvenile and dated. Seen it many times before, many years ago. Comedy has come a long way and many great writers and comics are pushing and refining the art to this day, finding new ideas and ever more sophisticated wordplay. Some choose to play it safe to make money and they can not be called artists.

  • @Tubewormdotorg So you're judging it as an 'angry old woman in a house' comedy and therefore it isn't humourous? Wow. Shallow. What sells me on this clip is the sadistic eagerness with which she fights herself off the chair and her blunt, no-nonsense language. As a character she's as subtle as a brick. That is comedy. I don't care what little 'sophistication' you apply to your definition of comedy. Some of us aren't stuck up.

  • @Tubewormdotorg It wouldn't be a funny sit-com if we couldn't relate to it in some way.

Only fools and horses, Friends, Drop the dead donkey, Open all hours, Porridge, Black books, Spaced, Green Wing

All great comedy shows and they weren't exactly "high brow", even A Little Bit of Fry and Laurie, Monty Python and Not The Nine O'clock News were for the masses.

  • @Tubewormdotorg

To be honest, dunno what Grandad's complaining about. The stick up his arse isn't nearly as big as the one up yours and you seem to be able to function with it well enough.

  • @NickyLess Badumdum tssshhhh

  • @Tubewormdotorg

but you still feckin watched it though!! and I bet you still watched every episode!!! now go feck off troll!

  • Another reason to love Irish people!

  • The next FATHER TED?? I THINK SO!!

  • 'with fucking pleasure!' 'happy birthday happy birthday!'

  • 'When the whistle blows' with swearing: who the fvck is that aimed at?!

  • "With fucking pleasure" XD don't we all wish our nan's were like this?

  • Grandad disliked this video

  • LOLLOL

  • i'm on the floor!

  • Ain't that funny at least not to me it is.I mean this is a cheap trick to get more viewers by saying it has something to do whit Only fools and Horses.

  • @agotic ur just a boring old goat

  • @agotic who is saying it got anything to do with only fools and horses u knob jockey

  • In reality, it would break and cause serious cuts to his rectum.

  • 1st

  • @JAGZiiE cause you're a faggot you have to be first in everything or otherwise you don't sleep at night

  • @Kizzaayyx Fail

  • @mixerjason what exactly was the 'fail' in saying 'shh'
