Well, there are a lot of dynamics other than piano and forte. That really does limit you if you think of a tag just at those two levels. I encouage you to listen to many other tags and you will soon realize that not all tags are only piano or forte.
Usually a tag is either piano or forte. I wasn't quite sure what you guys were going for here. To me it sounds like it should be forte.
