I thought It was pretty good. It tells the story. I love dancing..and I so wished I could dance. Its been a passion of mine for ever..however I cant dance, never really been showed how to, but at clubs and such...LoL..lets just say I dont dance. But I love the style and form and what dancing has to say..it tells us a story, a story without words, just by moves and expressions. I think this was pretty good, and I would love to see your current dancing.

my biggest pet peeve is "clam hands". unfortunately, we all go through a phase where we don't value the expressions of our hands. i went through this until i went to arts school for modern and they broke down my "competition dance" tendencies and guided me to REALLY dance.

How does a person from martial arts actually know the first thing about the discipline of being a dancer? No disrespect meant, but it is a very different thing. Of course it wasn't the best dance in the world, but compared to many dancers I've seen and danced with it's quite brilliant. Don't presume to know the difference between a poor, average or great dance until you have participated and know how difficult and taxing it is.

Because both are performing arts and share a common base. Jean claude van damn for example came from a dancing background (ballet for 5 years when he was 16)... you don't realize but your actually doing a few martial arts moves in that dance of yours.

In fact, some consider, Wushu to be a form of "dancing"...

Thank you! My biggest tip would be to listen to the song over and over and know it really well in your head. That way, when you go to choregraph, you know the exact timing of the music and certain beats and certain words... those little "extras" will help make your choreography innovative and give it great musicality. Knowing what you want to convey to your audience is key too :)
