Well, not sure if I'm the only one who thinks this but ... it's weird to me why would she be necessarily ugly. The woman has a spectacular face, she's a wonderful looking brunette. The body, one can always work on, but if you don't have the face; nothing can fix that. The symmetry of her face is perfect even with all that weight she could no never be called ugly. If I was a man I would hit on her.

@antichavista1000 Problem is that being fat is as unhealthy as anorexia. It has nothing to do with beauty and everything to do with health and diabetes. I had to loose a lot of weight. But regardless the woman's face is spectacular, just lovely. Like a fat Catherine Zeta Jones.
