I MUST say this is excellent work here. Seriously i love the choice of song t0o put to the film. The editing is spot on. I managed to find the dvd at a suncoast several years ago myself. You guys should also check out other animes based on his work. Such as night on the galactic railroad and gauche. Again excellent work!
Wow I've never even heard of this movie, it looks so good. Happened to find this AMV when I was listening to Duran Duran. Anywho I tried looking for the Spring and Chaos DVD but I can't find it anywhere.

oh...i wasn't really paying attention...they seemed alright, but i can't speak Japanese..so I wouldn't know the difference
