That is the pro pro pro kind of no-substance play ladies and gentleman. I've single-handedly countered those kinds of cheap moves myself but seeing this is how they do things does make me sick because it is clear that is what they really need to win against the other players which also means if they don't do that they would have lost.

He and his pals probably learnt that kind of thing from those Asians and Japs of the same low calibre.

well the tournament edition stick has a square gate and that is built straight from the arcade cabinet, so its squared too. i don't see why people have so much of a problem with the square gate.

Most arcade games in Asia use either Sanwa or Seimitsu brand joysticks with square restrictor plates. Most American arcades use Happ style joysticks with round actuators and no restrictors. The difference otherwise is the Asian joysticks have ball tops instead of bat tops and have less spring and a shorter distance from nuetral to activation.

Actually, those are head to head cabs. People play against eachother, but they both have their own cabinets across from one another.
