there is no dislikes. i love jackson browne.he is an inspiration to every single one of you. he has soul and heat, only a handful f people can sing like him. he is incredibal, and people should appreciate him more. LOVE 'EM!
I've heard wisdom in this man's words since I was a kid..still I listen..still I know on some level we see eye to eye..I think the big deal..is just GIVE Shit about something..about someone..just care..we all get so busy we forget to..and when do.. we lose a little bit of our humanity..and ourselves
His music is alive, intelligent in it's delivery and passionate about what it stands for. He is loved and he is hated. I'm not so impressed by those who love him as I am by those who hate him. Because, when you're hated, it's an indication that your message is raw and unequivocal. You may hate him , but your claim as to such places you naked in front of us all to see.
everybodys just waiting to hear from the one who can give them the answers - and lead them back to that place in the warmth of the sun where childhood still dances
This song never ceases to amaze me with its shining heart, and Jackson Browne displays what a brilliant songwriter and musician he is here. Thanks for posting, what a gift.
I had the distinct pleasure of seeing Jackson in concert twice in the last five years; I interviewed him after the first concert in the Kuranda Amphitheatre.. Truly one of nature's gentlemen, and a wondrous entertainer.
The best song writer of the entire "boomer" generation. Legend indeed.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jackson at an intimate gathering performance for the benefit of John Hall of Orleans fame who ran for congress ( and won) in 2996. It was unreal. "Maybe" 300 guests sippin' NY State wine, enjoying artisinal cheeses from NY state all under the roof of a beautifully and impeccably retored dairy barn in upstate NY. It was pure magic. We chatted for just a couple of minutes one to one & it was cool.
Jackson Browne and Dan Fogelberg have brought me through my years....What great inspiration they have given us.... heartfelt artists.....

Great song and sound. He looks strange with a beard, tho!

Here is a grey bearded minstrel who can still perform his earliest songs in the same key, and hit the highest note as easily as ever.

One of the "albums" which helped me make it through alternately magical and mournful, youthful years. Soulful songs blueprinted in body and mind...
