So to do that effect in Sony Vegas

1.You get a picture with a solid background

2.Place it where ever you like in the edditing place i would recommend at the top were the text section is

3.Go to effects select Chroma Keyer

then click green screen drag it to ur clip

4.select the color of the solid backgorund and vuala
