  • The remake sucked big time, the orginal was better. the ending of the movie is more wide spread, becuase you were from my era, a lot of the scifi / horror movies did not show the monsster until the end of the movie and it was always a diaapointment. But. what is diifferent now becuase of showing all the best parts before before the movie when years ago a person did not have to know what the movie was about and only looked you starred in it.

  • wow so shaky hahaha

  • WOW..this is the orig. version got me all haapy thinking it was the modern version i like that a whole lot better......DARN :/

  • Can the 1987's Film be found somewhere?

  • @Cloe3910 I bought it through iTunes, i tried finding but no luck

  • @appleguy1804 Thanks for searching anyway :) If anyone knows where to get it, please give me a hint or a pm or something, since I'd love to watch the newer version. I was born in that year (1987) and it would be interesting to see how horror films where in that era since I'm a big fan of them nowadays :D

  • @Cloe3910 np :P hahaha

  • I think it's great that you offered me the chance to watch this original Little Shop of Horrors with a young Jack Nicholson playing the part of the strange dental patient! Thank You!

  • FEED ME SEYMOUR FEED ME NOW

  • This is the 60s version? Darn. YouTube got my hopes up. ):

  • THIS is the original :). Then they created a stage play musical based off of THIS movie. THEN came the 80s version in color based off of the stage play.

  • yes I know that this is the orig. but please check at the IMDB.com and you will see the color :) in the original.

  • I have a question: why isn't it listed in the "horror" section of Youtube - movies?!? Thanks...

  • Oh, this movie was copied in the 80s. Wow 30y old me never knew that. I was just a child when the 80s version came out. Wow.

  • Whay is this movie posted here like a black & white ??? The original was shoot in color ! :(

  • @DarioHacek

no, actually, this is the original that was shot in the 1960's.

the one you're probably thinking of is the one shot in 1986, which was a remake of this one. (:

  • Maybe not exactly a masterpiece, but worse movies have been made (and this page has a broad range of lousy movies)

  • The plants voice is so funny! FEEEEEEEEEEED MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! MORE MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!

  • nice advertising on that youtube did movies... i never knew

  • jack nicholson, wow

  • i dig the music in this

  • Gotta love public domain films

  • Classic

  • i saw it and its touching

    lol <3

  • i never knew youtube had free movies on it weird how that works. funny how they make you pay for the movies you want to watch though but this movie is great as well

  • pretty good movie my school did a play and it was good but not as fun as watching this

  • Watched this because of american dad "Hot waters"

  • Fantastic!

    willy nilly!

  • Its cool we can see the classics

  • the juniors and seniors at my school did this play today. it was awesome

  • good thing there's whole movies now but they're way too old!

  • @TheEternityMagic There has never been a movie that was "too old"

  • both movies are great, i have no favorites, this has good story and action, the new one has good music and comedy

  • me too

  • @XxNevershoutindianxX all movies are free there are no videos on youtube that u have to pay for

  • @RaysgirlXD

Nope, you have to pay for some if you go to browse/movies the first ones that come up first are ones that you have to pay for. You have to tab over to the free tab to watch the free ones. Trust me, I know. ;P

  • Oh what a wonderful movie!

  • WAIT before i even watch the movie (ad is on) is this free? if not i am not allowed to watch it (my parents would kill me!)

  • @XxNeverShoutIndiaxX ...It's YouTube. Of course it's free.

  • @CinnamonBaka Not all movies on YouTube is free.

  • @XxNeverShoutIndiaxX

This one is. The ones you have to pay for have a warning before it. :) Just for future reference.

  • nice

  • this is free right

  • @BaldAlpacca yep

  • Thank God for Howard Ashman and Alan Menken! (But being a Little Shop fan, I felt morally obligated to watch this version)

  • no spoiler comments please!!!

  • 27 people were eaten by the plant

  • i like burson fouch, the guy who eats flowers.

I didn't mean it.... epic line.

  • feed me

  • and the creeper at the dentist who loves pain.... i may have nightmares because of him smh. what... the mess....

  • @Candie4JC That was one of Jack nicholson's earlier roles

  • @grufeetywy i didnt even recognize him!! wow... well he is still creepy lol. but a great actor, no doubt.

  • OK seriously, who gave that dentist his license to practice lol?

  • grrrr

not what i was looking for!!!!

  • who are you calling dad? who? who?

  • i prefer the version with ellen green

  • I love little shop of horrors, and im 12, is that wrong? D':

  • I like the modern version better

  • @ilovesmusic343 No way the musical one is just annoying and disruptive, the older one is THE original and is just darker with more story.

  • @ilovesmusic343 yea i think so too

  • @ilovesmusic343 Haha, no. This is a better movie. The singing ruins it

  • "Honey, what are you doin'?"

"I'm checking to see if I have colon cancer..."

  • I'd say that this version is more creepy, but the ending is more funny and less depressing.

  • Personally I prefer the remake, but it might just be because of the difference in quality. Camerawork, etc.

  • I really want a Criterion Blu-Ray directors cut edition of this Corman classic film.

  • SSSOOOO much better than the remake

  • Oh, I couldn't do that. I have three or four abcesses, a touch of piarea, nine or ten cavaties, I lost my pivot tooth, and I'm in terrible pain! *giggle*

  • could someone upload the musical one? please
