U can add some maschine effects on top of your added percs and this still very confortable use in live situation, try to work with step sequencer mode for live performance and tell me what you think about it.

I saw you are doing harmonic mixing, try to put 2 or 3 tracks working on the same time and u'll see how you can create a very new cutting edge mood to your sets.

@johndahlbackmusic yes you can use any mixer with traktor, an x1, and any audio interface. If you don't plan on actually 'spinning' any cd or record you might also look into the NI S4, or pioneer ddjm t-1

Is Maschine like a MPC or something like that ? Is the setup like this:

Maschine -> Maschine |

KontrolX1 -> Traktor  | -> Audio 8 -> DJM 700 ? And you use also your turntables for this ?

@JazzyFunkaHolic Yes this is the setup, Maschine is also going in the Audio 8 and the DJM. I normally use the turntables with Timecode control, but not in this video.

you can sync maschine with traktor by using traktor`s midi clock.. there is a few app whitch can generate a virtual midi device so you can tell machine to sync with that..

kann ja auch deutsch schreiben,.....ich hab zwar keine audio 8 aber ne andere karte , ne esi 44 maya mit 4 in/ out und asio 4 all treiber,...............aber die erkennt nur ein audiosignal , entweder traktor oder maschine,.......liegts an der karte oder wie hast du das geroutet, das das bei dir funzt,.........gruss und mach weiter so,.geht gut ab , dein style.

@clubinsky Very bad German Entschuldigung:p Make sure that you set Traktor on 1&2 and Maschine on 3&4. (Audio & Midi setings>Output routing) Good luck

do you use asio controller or maybe coreaudio?my computer can´t recognize both audiosignals at the same time with asio,................i don´t understand

or is it necessarily the audio dj 8 that i dont have??

@clubinsky Just open them;) Macbook Pro is fast enough, the audio from Traktor and Maschine is routed individually through the Audio DJ 8 to my Pioneer Mixer.

@felicep88 There is no mapping for the Maschine. I'm just using Maschine as a controller for it's own software, it is not controlling Traktor:)
