They should still have kept it as Tin Tower though. The Japanese name has significance in Japanese culture, that's lost on a Western audience when it's just translated as "Bell". And naming Tin Tower Bell Tower makes people think it's connected to Sprout Tower, when it isn't really. Meanwhile the colours of Tin and Brass echo those of Silver and Gold themselves, and of Lugia and Ho-Oh.
