Good job. But you might want to consider a menu program that lets you navigate between programs. Our team did and we got 326 points! Also, did you make it to worlds?
We had such a program a couple of years ago, but one of the blocks didn't work anymore though it did individually. Our kids just decided to download the programs in a certain sequence so that the programs would be nicely lined up on the NXT. That worked.
And no, we didn't make it to world, not even to NC State though we had the best robot in each of the three rounds at our qualifying tournament.
That was amazing, my team wouldn't stand a CHANCE against ya! We came 12th in robot performance in the MA State Championship, and that was 177 points. Say, do you know the Blue Gear Ticks?
Just a suggestion, but have you guys tried a "master program"? That would streamline your time in base and take off ~3-4 seconds through your runs. That's what we did, and got Champion's Award and Robot Performance in our local regional in Ohio. Good luck!
I am noticing that your dump platforms are very stable and do not match the instructions we got for ours. Is there an update for those towers? Ours tip forward at all times. Any help would be great.
Just awesome. It's Great ! i have only One question. Can you say/show me what the 'Teamexercise' was ?, Cause we're on Wednesday. Sorry for my Bad english. I'm German :)
Viele Gruesse an good old Germany!
The season was so short and we were running out of time to make our run faster. We had programs for almost all missions yielding about 270 points. However, we needed 4 minutes to run them all. At the regional NC competition on 11/5/2011 we won first place with our robot with 192 points.
@DrBatanga hey team rex this is a member of the lego mustangs (on their scoreboard the leog mustangs). you guys had a nice robot this was my first year doing fll and our robot was simple lol

That was really slick guys, I watched you at the tournament. (I was on 8578 Bonzai Bananas) Our robot was crap! But watching you guys has showed me how to really look at the robot. I have always made a basic nxt/motor chassis, but you guys designedd the robot to do a certain task, we always just adapted ours. But any ways, That was AWESOME.
