Paganini: Julia Fischer

Als ich Julia mit diesem Paganini gehört und gesehen hatte, war ich so verliebt, dass ich ihr gerne angeboten hätte, uns die Augen zu verbinden und uns gegenseitig die Zähne zu putzen. (Ich erlebte sie damals noch als Wunderkind und fühlte mich wie ihr Opa.) Auch eine Hindemith-Zugabe, die nicht aufgezeichnet wurde, hat mich durch mehrere Rosen-Wolken schweben lassen. Meine Frau konnte mich gerade noch zurückhalten, sonst wäre ich auf die Bühne gesprungen.

I am very grateful that on youtube I can hear so many wonderfully talented violinists and violists play. Its a wonderful inspiration to my own playing and practicing! There is something to be learned from all these artists and its incredible being able to see them make their magic too!

@aszabostonebond I'm Greek.I love Leonid Kogan Kogan because his playing was far better than anyone else.You will understand that if you hear his Tchaikovsky and Paganini interpretations.I have listened to all available recordings of Heifetz,Kogan ang Oistrakh and of course Heifetz's Mozart is good,even I don't like his cold playing.You should listen kogan playing Chaccone.Then you'll see if he can play Bach well.
