It won't beat out HBK/Taker but I think the one think that really put this match over was that it was on broadcast TV but they went out and performed as if it was a PPV. Definitly runner-up Match of the Year...so far. If there was an award for Broadcast TV or Smackdown Match of the Year, this match would be the winner.

I like how Morrison does all the work at about 5:45. Talk about making your opponet look good. Thats what I always loved about hurricanranas and stuff.

On the wrestling news sites they say that Morrison vs Ziggler wasn't on Breaking Point because wwe couldn't come up with a finish for it. They didn't want to hurt either of the wrestlers by giving them a loss when they're both on a roll right now. Don't know how true this is, but that's what I read.
I was pissed too though that it wasn't on the ppv.
I sure hope we get to see another Rey vs Morrison match because this match was one of the best of the year.

i agree with you endyznuts, i would love to see Punk have a nice 3-5 month feud with undertaker with taker winning then punk winning it back, then have ziggler have a same length feud with Morrison and have morrison get cheated out of his title and then have morrison feud with cm punk over the title and maybe even have morrison beat punk at say, wrestlemania!
Sonjay Dutt who used to be in TNA would do that type of Hurricarana many times, heck i think he would even do more revolutions than what Mysterio did to Morrison.
i know that this is on raw...i have some predictions for cena vs orton at breaking point...in the end of the match...i think that someone will come out and screw up cena's chance and he will b forced to say i quit...and the next night on raw..batista will return and he will challenge orton at the ppv hell in a cell for a HIAC match..and he will win..
this is a good and bad thing. Its awesome that Morison won the title, but he needs to be in the world heavyweight championship saga right now. Dolph ziggler should be the IC champ right now, and morrison could have taken it from Ziggler later or even maybe from whoever takes it from Ziggler. anyway, I hope ziggler dont win the title at the ppv because that would be crap. now that Morrison is cahmp, i am forced to see Ziggler wait yet again.
Morrison right now could really use a great mid-card fued to catapult him to main-event status. Even though he's had main event matches with punk and hardy he is still in the second tier of superstars on smackdown. If him and ziggler were to have a helluva a fued for the belt, and then when rey returns they can throw him into the mix and this could really help morrison and the zigman move up. Besides I'm sure they intended on giving the zigman the belt soon because he became the #1 contender.
i want to see JoMo in the WHC picture, but I think you are right that the WWE could build a really nice fued with Morrison and Ziggler. Then once Taker is out of the picture Morrison can slide in and fued w/ Punk once again.
Exactly, morrison is good but if him and the zigman were to have a great series of matches in an intruiging fued then that will help the zigman move up to upper mid-card status while morrison can rise up the ranks and drop the I.C tilte to zig right before the punk/'taker fued ends and then finally fued with punk because by having a solid mid-card title reign/fued and currently being a semi-main eventer that will only make you more of a threat to the world champion, so it all works out.
