Not sure if others are still viewing this video...but Oregon just got this case for the 2010 competition and I really think Leslie is guilty, but don't think Arson can be proved - which is what the state would really like to get him on since urging a riot is only a misdemeanor.

Also, is there anyway that we can USE the song as evidence/testimony? Because it's only listed in the fact situation and witnesses are bound by their affidavits. Leslie can probably use it, but people who heard it?

They're our rival mock trial school. I was on the B team last year, but they and our a team almost always end up at county finals last year, and last year they won so now we hate them even more :)

Definetly going to Santa Barbara..my school is actually the school who ended up getting the second team, so right now they are deciding which of our teams can make it down there! our team captain is playing both defense AND prosecution so it's kinda iffy on how we can make it work lol, but we'll be there
