it os so amazing to watch these kind of videos because i get to see places i never knew exhisted (ok well i knew it exhisted but you catch my drift) bike culture seems to be amazing over there 5/5 great video
Lovely commute wish my commutes were that quiet Love the communication between the moron drivers... they must be tourists because I hear Amsterdam requires bicycle education for drivers license
there will always be moron native drivers, even in a bicycle friendly city like Amsterdam. But yes, most that act this irresponsible/clumsy are from out of town.
Well, automatically, since biking is so integrated in dutch culture, when you take drivers license you need to pass on all levels, including minding cyclists. If you make one mistake (as cyclists are so vunerable), you fail instantly.
hi Ralphp, you can go as fast as you like, as long as you warn people in advance that you're coming (bell, yell) when it seems there isn't enough room or when there are people biking side by side. Besides that, it's a fluid thing. The fastest cyclists will mind the slower ones and the slower ones always know someone could fly by.
Very cool. Love seeing foreign locations, especially from the point of view from a bike rider.

That looks like a comfortable pace, but what if you were to go faster? How fast can you go on in the bike lane without making others upset?
