Wonderful playing! I just got into Polka music and now I can't get enough..lol! Do you have a website where I may listen to and download your music? Thanks, and Polka on baby! =)
It originated in Czechoslovakia, then made its way into Germany and Poland where it is heard more now. It has nothing to do with mexican music, i can see where you think that though because meixcan music tends to carry a beat the same way
The Instrument was brought to Mexico and us Mexicans learned to play it and give it our zing! But the beats, sounds and style is very much the same! That is why alot of old people from Europe relate or hear that in some Mexican music.
We are the ones now that play that instrument proudly, not as nerdy thing you do in America!
But an instrument used to tell stories of love, hurt, happiness and where your from!

Most tourists notice that such kind of music is very often played in Bavaria (south eastern edge of Germany) and its quite a symbol for Bavaria.
