deep respect for the video man, I can't do some of those excercises how should I come at them? and what do you recommend for developing fast twitch muscle fibres?
Certainly much respect your vid....on your wheel burpee (never tried it but will) I use (2) 5pd. dumbells and bring my knees up a lil higher and stand like I'm doing a squat and standing press at the same time with the weights. Stay true to form and it feels like your ass and shoulders are gonna fall off....quality burn.

i had a similar thing to that actually mate, and iv put the weight back on and started em up again. there fun despite being horrible blasts on your body lol.
i did a little research on this kind of exercise and apparently they can cause loss of muscle mass when overdone. so dont push it too far i guess would be the awnser for both of us. all the best,.

Burpees develop endurance, but also pushing muscle strength and core strength endurance.

Absolutely fantastic! Very creative and great display of your strength. I do burpees without doing the pushups and it is HARD! I can do 17 that way.

Actually, since all exercises are done with bodyweight & and a playground, they're all free. Also membership to their website is free.
