Skipping is awesome for martial-arts especially Muay-Thai. The more I skip the better I move. You just feel so light on your feet. The extra strength and stamina in the legs really helps carry you through fights.
another question is how do i get more power/truck in football and to ur question im 15 runningback for my varsity football team (also play wr and backup qb and do punt and kick returns) i already do isomtrics plyometrics weight training (squats bench press) sparq training with parachute ) running stairs and vertical training) im almost 5'10 i wieght 179 pounds
For trucking people I wouldnt recommend anything more what your doing... Thats all about how bad you 'want to'. Also about knowing and understanding leverage and how to position yourself to win the leverage battle when your only option as a ball carrier is to run through the tackler. Experience in that area helps... Watch the older guys, in college and pros, and how they do it. Pay attention to details. i.e. hip level, shoulder level, knee drive. And understand why it didnt work one time etc...
another question is say i do speed training for 2 hours in a day which includes wieght training plyometrics speed parachute speed sled and speed ladder (and isometrics) should i do it everyday or every other day
I would do speed/agility training 2 to 3 times a week if its all you're doing. Also, when you use resistance you want to make sure you train at 80% of your top speed or higher. Any more resistance and you get diminishing return. Form starts to go, etc....hope that hepled.
If your gonna load all that in one day (speed training session) then 2X a week is enough. The other three days you'd be better off, with strictly weight training. And I wouldnt continue that cyle for more than four consecutive weeks without a full 1 week rest. Then get right back at it. Can I ask you a question, Whats your sport? position? age? weight? Activity level? (i.e. how active are you now?) This will help me better answer your questions & with more efficiency.
also i know u said sprint mechanics is really good for 40 yard dash but to get faster would a nike sparq parachute make me faster and a sled with wieghts and running with a resistance vest (or resistence vest with parachute) make me faster also would plyometrics and squating make me faster?
All the things you mentioned in this question are gonna make you a stronger and faster runner. Any resistance training will help with overall straight ahead speed. Running hills is excellent for 40dash training. Hills force you to drive those knees up high and develops good habbits for 40 dash start technique. (first 20yds at least) Plyometrics are great! Its a MUST that an athlete strengthen his/her ankles, and lower extremities as well as train those fast twitch muscles which r helpful 4 COD.
on the nike website the resistance vest says it only has 11 pounds where do u get extra weight for it and another question how can i increase my 40 yard dash?
Again, strong hands are a must when it comes to catching passes thrown by, lets say, Brett Favre. See the hand/finger strengthening drills I explained to you in my previous reply. And then You'll need to sharpen your hand eye coordination. Lots of catching. playing catch with somebody who has a relatively strong arm helps. Try this: Stand 15yds apart, and play catch throwing the ball fast and hard for about 10 catches, then move 10 yds apart, then 8 etc... This is good disadvantage practice.
where can i buy a weight vest?

hey what weight exercises or any exercises can i do to get more truck?
you can do trap bar deadlifts and squats primarily. Standing push presses and hang cleans will work well to build explosivenes in hips.
will doing agility drills on a agility ladder with a resistance vest on be better for me for footwork
not really...for footwork you should stick to position specific drill work.
how can i train my fast twitch muscles thanks
box jumps, squat jumps , medicine ball throws, sprints ect.

actually im 185 i just wieghed myself i gained a lot of muscle

Be sure to stretch and regenerate post work-out... Too much muscle and not enough flexibility is counter productive.

Also, remember, more necessarily is not better. Especially when training skills that require a lot of form, like speed/agility skills.
