Just wanted to tell you that I watch your vids everynight just before going to sleep. Your voice soothes away the days troubles and I drift off to sleep with your amazing info on my mind! It has been hard for me to find a practice to settle down with and be in spirit before bed, I have tried many, but now as my eyes close I am inspired to send blessings and positive energy to my friends & family, to Gaia and all of her children, and of course to you! It was only a test for sure, but in the end my soul could see it for the illusion it was! My dear little body vehicle,,,,,she got a ride for her money tho! Bless us one en all.
Echinacea has always been my favorite, I used to harvest some of the root and make tinctures when my kids were young for the beginning of cold season. My neighbors, I think thought I was trying to poison my kids, lol
