your very pretty and you danced well...but you need to give more expression on your face...you were smiling most of the time...which is not the correct bhava for all the parts- the viewer needs to feel what the dancer expresses...and i agree that you need to aramandi a lot more and give more firm footwork...but besides that, well done :)
Very beautiful dancer and abhinaya, but dance itself is average. Araimandi is completely missing. Because of the distracting editing can't see her skill (the repeats of closeups).
i really regret not forcing my parents to send me to some dance reacher after watching this...i am 21 and i don't think i can nail this stuff in 2-3 yrs? but i love dancing and watching other people dance...this one was really interesting .nice me and my sis were just interpreting what was going on from your facial expressions because we don't understand the whole song :) only parts of it we understand ...good job and best of luck
it never was too late, all u need is a pinch of devotion, dedication and hardworking.
do you know that Sri Rukmini Devi Arundale the founder of Kalashektra, learned Bharathanatyam(sadhir) at the age of 28-29 privately ..during the time where sadhir only danced by deva-dasis/deva-adiyaal or courteson and received critics from Dravidian movements. an born in an orthodox family, never let down her interest or gave up.
its never too late to start :-) I know a 37yr old who is about to do his arangetram this coming week and he started only 2-3 yrs ago! Anything is possible with hard work and dedication. You wont know wt ur capable of unless u give it a try :-)
Thank you very much.
