  • the 1973-1979 Honda Civic was assembled in

    Suzuka, Mie, Japan

    Nelson, New Zealand

  • up to 49mpg in '75... just shows that hybrids are garbage technology.

  • I had a '75 Civic. It never ran right when it rained. By 50K miles it was burning a quart of oil a week. I got tired of fixing it and got rid of it. What a piece of crap.

  • I am a very highly skilled and experienced journeyman Dodge/Plymouth/Chrysler/Jeep/(Eagle/Desoto/AMC/Nash/Hubmobile and Studabaker) auto mechanic and I genuinely hate cars and there owners. That said I have always been impressed with the first generation Civic and would proudly own one were it not for all the race cars, 4x4's, old Beetles and Rotary Mazda's laying around the house. Those little cvcc's are damn tough cars. Almost 40 years later and Detroit STILL can't build a decent small car.

  • i have thats car,

check my video of it shooting flames.

  • I wish i had that car.

  • Cool old commercial!

I wish I could buy a new HONDA CIVIC for

    $3000+

    Regards from OzzInter

  • To me the 99 Civic was the best looking one. The ones made in the early 2000s looked good. I'm not sure about theses wide ass long new ones.
