Maybe the Sicilian Rap isn't great but it's only at it's beginning, not yet very evolved.. & I put it also because it has the Tarantella Napoletana (traditional Southern Italian Music) incorporated into the song... Also the song has a lot of meaningful words in it (I am Sicilian). Maybe I should modify/update the playlist & take it out...?
@rabbitsandlove1 songs not bad to me but I think it wud be better in Sicilian, though I never heard straight rap performed in Sicilian, Neapolitan rap def beats most of the standard language stuff. i like the touch of tarantella napoletana though, for mediterranean sounding rap I recommend la famiglia (they have a hand full of Med like samples), though it isn' cutting through as much as in the other pop music stuff you put up
@rabbitsandlove1 if you do end up substituting the Elektro song, and would prefer something Siiclian try something by Agricantus, a Sicilian band with strong South-Italian Med vibe
