Are you guys being serious??? I listened to that song by vytear. Yes it sounds like it could be inspired by it. Also it could be entirely coincidental or unintentional, its not like starting a melody then adding the drums in later is a "new thing" for this kind of music. Either way his tune wasn't borrowed. It sounds like to me the songs are in the same key, open in a similar (but very common) style and they are the same genre but that is where the discussion ends.
