It's a transparent particle of dust right in front of the camera lens that is refracting light from that bright as bulb.

Over 38 years ago; when my parents moved into the home I'm still in (and in this economy it remains most logical with me) They found a jar full of hair and such in a closet. The person who lived here before was likely a Witch also... pretty cool :o]

Just wanted to add that you forgot an important thing to add to the witches' bottle. That would be your personal fluids, aka your pee. That has been used in witches' bottles through out history, and is the most important part of what connects the spell to the individual witch.
