i do bloodlust with devourer (solo) before the game starts.. so to gank him with 4 and get bloodlust is nothing special

Range of hold is 600 while puppet show is 700. If puppet went the other way around instead he would be able to hold sucucbus

With a seperate program. Fraps is the most popular but if you don't wanna pay then Xfire is an option as well. Note that working with video takes a hell lot of HDD space.

HoN only uses one CPU core so if you have a multicore CPU then you shouldn't notice any difference.
