Anyway, long story short. the U.S. Coast Guard needs to reopen its Stockton, Cal Station. Only the "Seascouts (Boyscouts of America)" are currently using it.......... If the Coast Guard could reopen this base it could stop the dirty gang member's from running their coke, heroin, and meth up the delta by boat. This kind of thing happens quite often. I'd love to see the looks on the dirty gang banger's face when the Coast Guard points a couple of their "Ma Deuce 50 caliber's" at them!!!
As smart-allec as these local fellows are being. The threat of REAL GANG MEMBERS on the California Delta is nothing to joke about. "Windmill Cove Marina" just down river from where these wise-acres are at. Has been rife with Violent Gang problems for a while now. A couple boatloads of Gang Banger's arrived in speed boats. Started fighting with the old retirees, beat the honest owner senseless, & tore the place all up. Very lucky no one was killed. Just like CSI; Miami or Miami Vice.
