Socialism is about society. People. And taking care of both. It's not a dirty word. If you think having free libraries, free education and a Fire Department are good things - then you like socialism. Socialism and capitalism can live together. Anyway, it's a great video.
Actually, it's socialism either way you look at it. Either the government decides that it's in the public good to fund war machines or the government decides that it's in the public good to fund health care and education, but it's still a redistribution of the public money based on what the government decides is in the public good. The only way for it not to be socialism is if the government stopped taking money from the people in the first place.
USA GPD every year is 13 trillion how can it not pay for education and healthcare.
