However, at the end of each nasal process 'gently' exhale through nostrils. Then, because there may be water still inside cavities,stand away and bend over as though you were looking at your shoes, and let any extra water begin to run back out your nose, Tilt your head back up and let it drain. Repeat a few times.
The water won't come out a clean line like it is showing in the video at first if your nostrils are pluggged, but eventually it will and it is so relieving.
