Yes, Green leafy vegetables have most of their calories in amino acids. But you have to eat a lot. Not everyone can eat as much as you. Juicing your vegetables can help get the nutrition without the full stomach.
Now even after you added more vegetables you still look anorexic and pale. You are craving vegetables because you are deficient in proteins, which means no matter how much fruits you eat you won’t get enough protein. That means what you preached you and your guru Doug Graham is wrong.

I eat a lot of bananas myself and feel very well, otherwise if I include cooked food, my skin becomes dehydrated and I honestly look like I've really aged and my nose streams when I wake up and my chest becomes a little wheezy. Eating fresh, living food is extremely important for the many people who experience health issues eating cooked food. Low energy levels are experienced on any diet without eating high carbohydrate.
@MichaeLightify Many raw "gurus" advise against fruit and as a result, many people are seen returning to cooked food and animal products, which causes previous health issues to re-surface. It's quite tragic to know that people in need of health information are going through this experience. Eating is a normal need of the body and eating a high fruit diet is hardly seen and so appears abnormal together with the quantity. Excellent results are seen though and it becomes a blessing.

Something has bothered me about this video. Looking back to some you made, even just a few months ago, I can't help but notice that your face looks so gaunt in this last video - like you've transformed into Steve Jobs. Have you been tested for parasites or are you eating a lot less? Losing weight? I'm just shocked to the see the difference as there was a discussion on the 80/10/10 forums about 811'ers aging quicker than most and perhaps that's what I see.

Yes, I am that griping old man you talk about and you know why I am griping,,,In one week you ate our entire park!!! To top it off,,,,everytime we replant the trees and bushes and the park gets to looking lush,,,you come back to town and eat it again. I mean it Andrew,,,,leave our park alone!!!! Eat your own park!!!!
Great video. It's been proven that adding a little bit of fat to a salad can increase the absorption of nutrients many times over. If you put a bit of avocado on that first plate, you would have taken in more nutrients than all three plates combined (with no added fats).
