I would say no. The book was written by someone who isn't Mario Puzo. The first two movies were great for many reasons, one being thatit was based on a GREAT novel. Although I haven't read it, the Godfather's Revenge got bad reviews, and is said to be a disgrace.

Tom wasnt in the third one because he dies of old age.But in a book(i think the godfather's revenage) he gets drowned in the flordia everglads.

Just like sosiopat said "He died of old age in 1993, 24 years after Mary was shot on the opera stairs." He died in the town of Corleone, Sicily where his father Vito Andolini was born on December 7, 1891. Read the book it has alot more details.

You are absolutely right, except she died in 1980 so it would be 17 years. I have NO idea where 1993 came from. A bigger question is where those ten extra years came from. I must have been drunk or something when I wrote that, because I have zero recollection of it.
