Thanks a gazillion for this one! I've been trying for hours on end to find a way to stop a motion from moving through other components (without being normally mated), and a simple trick as this worked wonders :)

Why can't you set 2 limit mates? Just about everything that exists in our world that has motion, has two stopping points. Take a door for instance, it stops against one wall, then goes the other way until it stops against another wall.

I cannot get this to work! It lets me set 1 limit, then expects me to calculate the distance in the other direction. WTF!? Is there a way to set 2 surfaces as a limit, then move the part between them?

@beckhamist ops sorry for my english Solid Edge yeah, that what we use at university, im just trying to fint some turtorials or Solid Edge , those exist alot for SolidWork but i assume these two programs are different..
