I've heard some beans have toxins that are deactivated at 100* C for 10 min. Are there available results of studies done on the levels of toxins in sprouted seeds?
Sorry It has taken us so long to reply. No at this time our site is not active, but if you are interested in the sprouting kit, I'm sure we can arrange something. Or if you would like more information, just let us know. Anna Waters, CEO

Sorry It has taken us so long to reply. After you do your last rinse you will want to remove many of the hulls (the brown seed part) But it doesn't hurt to eat them too. But in most cases we rinse many of them off. Thank you for your question, you and more then welcome to ask more at mindsyncproductions@gmail.com
Sorry It has taken us so long to reply. Yes, around an Inch is as long as you want a lentil, in fact, you may only let them go about 1/2 inch before they are ready to eat. That's one of the nice things about lentils, is they are a quick sprout to have ready in just a couple of days.
If you have any other questions you are welcome to email us at mindsyncproductions@gmail.com

When rinsing alfalfa sprouts (organic, from store) are you supposed to eat the little brown seed part too as these come off. Thanks!
