Leapsters are awful. Theyre too slow, so they cant really play any good games. The touch screen is about as accurate as a blindfolded politician with a shotgun. Lastly, slapping a licence on a bad educational game doesn't give it any longevity. Kids quickly grow bored with it, as evidenced as my younger siblings Leapster 2 that's done nothing more than rot since Christmas. Just shell out the extra dough and get your kid a used DS at Game Stop; S/he"ll have more fun, and he can play Brain Age.

It doesn't matter how you are to play the Leapster games. As long you have fun playing it. I'm 28 years old and I play it because I've got a learning disability but I found out I'm too smart but play it anyways.

it dosent have a rechargable battery it takes 4 double a batterys

This really reminds me of the DS but only with one screen, and we games aimed at young kids. Does this use a rechargeable battery as the DS does.
