Jonathan took this song out of RENT before he died. he believed this song was 2 overwhelming for the musical... Basically, this is the "seasons of love" of the musical (in the movie, it opesn it, Love Heals was to open the Musical, and seasons of love Act 2) however, John pulled the plug on love heals. and it was well, discarded from RENT

Somebody likes Roger! xD I love the song on the movie soundtrack, so I'm not sure about this one. I had no idea the singer with Idina was Wilson. I seriously thought it was Taye. On a side note, Adam IS gorgeous, and I love Anthony, whether with glasses or sans them. He's just wonderful.

I met Gwen after the 10th anniversary show. about 20 or so ppl stood over night for the 20 dollar tix they would be selling for the next night's show, and she walked by after one of the cast parties and commented on how she didn't think ppl did that anymore. she signed autographs and listened to this one kid sing One Song Glory and was over-all just a FABULOUS person (even when another guy confused her for that chick for American Idol and gave him the greatest LOOK ever!!! lol)

dammit, i always cry when I watch this. I met Gwen at her last show and a few shows before that, and she was the most amazing, kind, and talented person I have ever met. I will never forget talkign with her (and crying...and hugging...and being really embarrassed because my mother was there...)

But she's so amazing. On those last notes, I always jump out of my seat and start laughing like an idiot because they're so insanely...i dunno, IMMENSE. Love to the OBC from a RENThead with issues :)

hmm... im a let upset that gwen sung all the solo parts,(but that could be cuz i heard the movie version first) though she did an amazing job nevertheless!! im glad Wilson cut his hair (aren't we all lol) and Anthony looks like Charlie Brown (which makes sense, him playing Charlie...) and im glad that the cameraperson has the same unhealthy obsession with Adam as me!!! :P

She's not just some fat lady. Gwen Stewart is part of the OBC, Female Soloist #1. She has an amazing powerhouse voice so they had her be a soloist once again. And this song isn't part of the show, it's something Jonathan wrote for Friends in Need.
