Where were the chaperons? All the senior/junior proms and winter balls I've attended as a student and teacher - there's a GANG of grown folks walking around.
There were reports that the girl was raped for over two hours by several dudes (mexicans) while as many as 30 people watched and recorded the event on their cell phones. The police are tracking down all involved and and all who stood by and watched without stopping it.
