I love it. Have been with R L Burnside music for a few years. Great tune haven't heard this one yet. THANKS ZenGuitarblues!. At 2:30 there is a great harmonica sound!
Wow, what a pure sounding guitar! This tune is an exact duplicate of the famous "Roll and Tumble Blues" though with different lyrics! Thanks for the posting!
Got this on a 1988 lp called Acoustic Stories. Love the way the harp sounds really distant. Really adds atmosphere! He's on it with that slide too. A highlight of the album! 5*
The Executive Director actually told me(after his liaison failed to respond) that he had no idea how the process worked, how musicians were nominated,or even who chose the inductees.
The Blues Liberation Front have stated that they regard the Hall of Fame as a bourgeois institution and as such will be held in contempt along with any and all such recognition of the" Peoples Music" and/or its practitioners
When I moved out of state, I accidentally left all my Burnside albums! I hate myself!

Burnside playing Lightnin Hopkins. It's best not to think about that for too long or your head will explode from sheer badassery.

Y'all scare me.
Another one neglected by the Hall of Fame.

LOL!!!!! There's actually a Blues Liberation Front?
Gotta say, doesn't say much if the exec director of the hall of fame knows nothing of the induction process. Priceless!
