This scene is from episode 20 of the first season of The Adventures of Superman. The episode was titled, Riddle of the Chinese Jade. That's Gloria Saunders as Lilly. This episode first aired in 1953 (!)

This is from an old Superman TV episode. The Chinese girl had fainted. Then later she was knocked unconscious and carried OTS down the ladder.
