  • in the first combo i cant seem to the get the ss1 f

really hard to get that part

  • I see in a lot of matches and combo videos that every with nina sidesteps in a combo, why is that? :S

  • combo 4 is wrong it should be uf 3 not 4 but all was good combo and deadly thanks for the notations! :)

  • what is W and S . in 1:30 . thanks.

  • @rency1231 its while rising or while standing(sending) its the time when you stand up from crouching.

  • you're not saying that you do 'ff' -between moves - therefore your combos won't work for most inexperienced people.

  • yeah man i cant connect the first side step :/

  • im having alot of trouble doing the SS 2 forward and SS2 back in ninas combos is there other moves u can use instead o those in her combos

  • i cant wait until tekken tag 2 for the bounding to be set back to tekken 6BR

  • How you cancel the ss 1 -move? I have tried damn everything ..

  • what DF 4 , SS etc mean? cant understand. im new here. help.

  • @rency1231 you can go to tekken zaibatsu, there's everything you want to know about tekken there

  • @rency1231 SideStep, twice down!

    DF = DownFoword

    4 = rigth kick

  • @MegaSaint11 The numbers stand for (on a ps controler) 1 is square 2 is triangle 3 is X 4 is circle

  • what are all these numbers?? are they on the screen somewhere? don't you just press x squre ect.. i dnt have the game but im gettn soon can some 1 tell me?

  • u cant do this moves with a simple ps3 controlers the side steps are to fast. and un less this is for begginers there are more ways to jugle than with the df 3 2 and df 1 2.

  • what is ss 1 b uf 4 plz tell me

  • @kehne2 Dont know if ne one replied to u but it's side step low punch back... up forward low kick.. on a ps3 the low punch and low kick buttons would be square and circle

  • Hey can someone tell me what the website is called.... the one that telle you what "uf, 1,2,3,4" etc. mean...like i know they represent kick punch and crouch and all but my memory of what they are is a little weak. please help,, haha!

  • ss+1 b uf 3 so difficult also depends on the controller

  • An idea for everyone posting breakdown videos: refer tekken zaibatsu on the video description. A lot of newcomers to the game get confused by the notations.

  • whats the soundtrack of this vid titled?

  • whats ss :/

  • @userJordan17 SideStep

  • @MegaHello12345 thanks

  • in the 3rd combo its W! 2 df+1,2,f+1+2 not 1,df+1,2,f+1+2

  • Is Nina supposed to better than Anna?

I feel Anna is so much easier to use and seems stronger.

  • What is D, 2 ,3 etc?

  • there are tons of videos like this showing off combos but not show HOW to do them -_-

  • what is SS?

  • @TiDuZzO Stands for Side Step

  • Just a tip: it's easy to do the SS 1 f/b move during a combo if you execute it right before the previous move ends.

    e.g.

DF 3, 2 then SS ryt after the kick hits. Works for me. gotta be quick

  • it's the same for Anna's SS 3, i do de SS ryt after DF 32 hits. Nina has more complex combos, though

  • I am a Nina user and I suggest people to make the Ivory cutter as an initial move as it is fast... do any of you guys know a good launcher for nina to initiate a juggle?? pls do suggest...thanks!!

  • @paoloeses

db+4,3 (counter hit) is a good initial against aggressive opponents..

  • the last combo is wrong. instead of ss b uf 4 it should be 3. damn animation looks really similar

  • @DrunkenDarwin YEahh RIGHt

  • Also just a suggestion for those who have a really hard time doing SS~1~b~u/f+4 in their combos,

    Instead of doing the notations above in a combo, it would be easier to do;

    [Launch], d/f+1, d/f+3,2, f+4,3,4 B! [B! Ender]

The damage difference is only 1 but it's a lot easier to do. The only disadvantage is that if you choose WS 1,1+2 as an ender, then you have to do it really quick since [f+4,3,4]'s recovery time is a lot longer than [1+4]'s.

  • i agree.....

    but i don't really use SS~1~b~u/f+4 nowadays...

now i use SS~1~f+1 since it alot more easier than b~u/f+4... but ive mastered both moves... i find it easier and not that hard but it takes a lot of practice

  • Correction (I am like 90% Sure)

The last in put has SS 1~b~u/f+4 but it should have been SS~1~b~u/f+3

The animations are pretty similar but the thing is that the u/f+4 part wont hit (I tried it lots of times but it doesn't seem to hit.) So I'm pretty sure it's u/f+3 ^^

And the she uses her left leg, not her right so yea... haha :D

  • May I know what is WS please? I know SS is sidestep, but what's WS? I look in the video, and it looks like it's "While Rising"... then shouldn't it be "WR" instead?

please reply me, as I wanna know how to play as Nina... thanks~ =0)

  • WS is While Rising

WR is While Running (As in Triple Forward)

  • Comment removed

  • no, while rising is not the same as while standing... hehehe

  • oh yeah ! :D bad with english! so yeah, rising and standing is different :)

  • ahhahaha... ;D

I hope I can master Nina one day... ;)

  • oh... okay...

    thank you very much. =)

  • uhm im new to nina what does "ss" mean? sidestep?

  • yes

  • dude can u post some anna combos??? thnx man! :)

  • i like nina!!

  • Nina still very strong in T6 just needs alot of practice, timing, and muscle memory skills =.=......

  • Is it just me or Nina get weaker on tekken 6? I mean hear range is got shorter and the attack become slower. I want my fast and invincible Nina's back.

  • @ vivoslibertos

I just picked up Tekken 6, and it does feel like Nina's been nerf'd. Not by a lot... but just enough to be noticeable. Still an epic character though.

  • She feels so heavy. I think I'll pass this game since my playing style doesn't work anymore and I hate the bounce system which is overkill, it ruins the game. I don't feel tekken6 as japan style game anymore.

  • @vivoslibertos yeah, actually feels heavy.. and I like it :)

maybe they did that bound thing bcoz they want to do a 2nd floored stage

  • Lol my person is Law... Have You Seen His combo vids!? So much follow up from a simple uppercut. I used him before this game but I', glad his juggles are easy, Asuka's look hard and I think I'm gonna quit using Hwoarang cuz I don't like how fast you have to do his moves. :S I like Craig Too lmao I love ground grabbing those people the love to roll!

  • what? asuka's combo is very2 easy.

  • Nina is my best character too and yes she is hard to learn and play against. It only seems easy for us expert Nina players because we've most likely been Nina players and Tekken players for like half our lives I'm talking mid 90's shit. I see noobs and intermediates try Nina and just can't grasp her. Flapping Butterfly is cool as hell, her toughest move to me is the Poison Mist.

  • Lp reversal to arm break grapple combo on a real match is hardest to pull on my side :) greeetings from Turkey

  • Hey if you get Tekken 6 try this combo, I'ma new Nina learner so yea im playing tekken five and try this one

" DB 4 3, 2, 1 2, 1+4 (Which is her bound move in Tekken 6) And then blonde bomb aka FF 1+2) " In Tekken 6 It would have done like 60 something damage and knocked them against the wall. I dunno it's a good beginners combo

  • 1: 28 - 1:29 . the glass should have broke..

  • Whats SS?

  • SS means side step! hope that helps

  • Hey,thanks for the video:I consider myself a "pro" Nina player, and this video greatly helps for beginner-intermediate players;and YES,it is somewhat hard to do some of her moves, nevertheless to all the Nina hopefuls:Keep practicing! If you keep them guessing with her quick high/low,low/high mix-ups-your opponents will get very confused and frustrated.Mix that up with her chain throws, and evasion tactics, and you will be able to handle ANY character your opponent throws at you. :)

  • Well even Pro Nina players have to admit that her moves are somewhat hard to do since I'm also an expert Nina player!I can do these combo's and its not that hard for me to do! But what I find her hard to do is her Flapping combo! so far i can only connect 2 of them in a row! and this vid really helps for those people who want to use Nina!

  • Yea she's cool, The move where she does low kick high kick is so hard do dodge if you don't see it coming and then the second part is unblockable which launches you up in the air. I like Asuka cuz she has nice low high switches too but not as cool as Nina's

  • just askin what does `S` and `W` stands for??? thanks.......

  • i think that last move was uf+3 not 4

  • nice breakdown! now atleast some people will know how to use Nina if they practice this moves!

  • Nina is not that hard to play. She's for intermediates players. her ss+1~b, u/f+4 is not hard. It didn't took me long ao learn it. I tell you what's hard, her multiples ws+1 in juggles. doing Nina's multiple ws+1 is hard to do, it takes alot of practice.

  • Thank you for the nina breakdown..:) It helps a lot.. :D

  • Nina is not that hard...
