and thats only cause my flat irons broke. so i just went natural... (21 and had my 5th perm wen i was 15).... even though i havnt measured my growth wen i wash it it doznt look or feel like its grown any..... and iv always had hair a little passed my choulder blades

@emotional4747 I don't believe that your hair is meant to be short. I am no hair expert but I do know that it's all in how you take care of your hair. Do more research and try different products to see what your hair likes. The main thing is to keep a protein/moisture balance and to snip off damaged hair (split ends).
