I do that all the time to the local merchant where I live. Just pop a basked on his head and rob him blind. When you're done he even thanks you for removing the basket. Maybe I'll pick up a new car tomorrow...

I'm new to this game so maybe I'm missing something. This guy attacked me when I was stealing. I killed his wife, and then him. But when he dies, he simply goes to the ground for like 15 seconds, and then comes back with full health. I have repeated this like ten times with no progress. Help?
