  • out of all the times i've been the Weymouth n Portland, i have never seen the tide like that on Chesil Beach before, specially lookin down from portland like that, that was amazin, wish i could of witbessed it my self

  • @scotty2hotty1705 I'm always impressed by it myself. It's great when there's some low sun to give more of a 3d effect on the waves. Some of this footage made it onto the Westcountry T.V. news the following day - see my Vlogglebox channel, where I talk about it and show the clip. Thanks for stopping-by :]

  • Hello back again, i see my last comment was the latest comment on this video, lol.

Maybe more people will comment on films like this one after the Olympics, after they have vissited our beautiful island........then again maybe not, lol. Anyhow nice music.

  • @robotracking haha . .yeah, something less than 1% of viewers actually leave a comment. Yep, I still love that music by young duckscli, up in Yorkshire :] It was really nice of him to lend it to me. Check out his latest posting, it's a brilliant song.

  • How long have you lived here ? This is not a Storm, its a bit windy I grant you.

Have you got footage of Oct 1988 or going back a bit more to April of 1977...........that was a big one, force 10+ they said after it had hit land. The 1988 one flooded the square

( victoria Square ) this is when the beach road was shut off due to flying pebbles. I have still photos of this going on. The water way was not built back then, thats why the beach road flooded.

    Thanks for the vid.

  • @robotracking Lol. Our daughter goes to school in Wyke . .so we do get a bit nervous sometimes =]

  • Surprised you didn't mention that this is Portland.

  • Thx for that, Stuart. I had it in the tags, but it made the Title too long. I've changed the Title, to include 'Portland'.

  • You couldn't have picked a better artist to collab with, Stu. Duncan is incredible.

My only lament is that his exquisite vocals aren't on display here, but it is nice to hear how he puts together an instrumental.

Congrats on getting your vid out there.

  • Thanks, Justin :] I just love this piece of music, and it was a real pleasure to be able to film the sort of images it conjured up in my head.
