mike my dad has a air compressor to power tools i was wondering if there is such a adapter to go from a commpressor to a hpa tank if u answer this question i wil like every single video you own and if anyone in the coments i will do the same and subscribe thanks please help
@RDNTgames wont work. most air compressors only get a few psi output. The air compressors that Have an output of 3000 or 4500 psi , are industrial ones, and cost around 6 or 7 thousand dollars. there is an option for you if you still want to use an air compressor to fill your tank. google Shoebox compressor, costs about 500 dollars , and it takes about an hour or 3 to fill ur HP paintballtank.
were do u get the scuba tank filled...cause i live right by a ninja air store but my feild is about a half hour away so im wondering is could i just take the scuba tank into the ninja store
@paintballa12397 I am sure any paintball store will fill those tanks. It would be stupid of they didn't. Also most likely Big 5 will. You could try Wall-Mart as well or any sport store.
doo u have to have a fill thing to fill from scuba tank or can u just hook the hpa tank nozzle to the scuba tank and look how full it is on the gage thats on the hpa tank?
i was wondering why does my tank only fill to 2000 psi when i fill it with my scuba tank and my scuba tank is full i haven't used it since i got it full.. the scuba tank looks the same size as the one in the video..
So, using his prices, for me* I worked out that it saves roughly $50 a year, so in 4 years it pays for itself. Now if the hydro test is more than 50$ that's a diferent story. But realy, that isn't much, one case of paint? I guess it comes down to convenience.
Umm..... I'm just getting into paintball, and my cousin gave me a customized sp shocker sport.... Supposed to be a pretty expensive gun..... Anyway, the entire filling thing is right on the gun, so I don't know how to get the tank off. Does it still work?
Haha these prices are way off I just looked on eBay and there's a scuba tank twice the size of his for 100$ and an adapter for 15$ buy it now for an adapter exactly the same as his maybe better.... And why get it inspected who's going to see it if your not going to paintball corses but just leave it your car or truck and no one is going to find that it's not inspected.
@cool4341 Without a VIP you can not get the scuba tank filled. The problem is that a bad tank can explode if it develops cracks and is filled endangering the person filling it. So unless own an expensive compressor you have to get the VIP. My shop charges $7.50, the Hydro is more but only needed every 5 years. His tank looks like an AL80, a very standard scuba tank., and used with a recent VIP/HYDRO should go for around $80.
I use 2 scuba tanks so I can fill off one tank and use the other to top off so I don't lose that 300 psi every fill. Scuba tanks get expensive because you have to get a "visual" inspection every year and hydro every 5 years. For "visual" a guy charges you $10 every year to look at your tank for 5 seconds and slap a sticker on it. -_- It's for people actually using the tank to scuba dive, but I just wish they had an exemption for paintball. Like a "Not Certified For Under Water Use" or something.
Ok so i want to start paintball and im confused. Is the azodin 2011 blitz good. Im also confused on what are tank to get. At the feild they can refill using compressed air. What tank and other things do i need to make it work
Thanks man. I'm sorta the unofficial techy around were I live and it's real tough fixing guns without air. Orpine here it costs the same amount to fill a dive tank sabot does to fill a paintball. And iv had two dive tanks in my basement for as long as I can remember. I just recently sent the dive tanks out to get hydro tested and I'm ording a fill station right now. This was helpful.
Plus with two or more tanks you can fill other peoples tanks for like $3.00 each if your filling with a air compressor then you have cash for lunch or gas so scuba tanks pay themselves off after a while
Depends on the size of the tank. I have two and They are the same size I just use one to fill my tank to 3000 then I use the other to fill it to 4500 so I have a high and low tank plus I have an air compressor in my shop that I use to fill the scuba tanks so if you are looking into getting HPA I recommend a ninja 68/4500 tank and one to two tanks and if you have the extra cash after the tanks and regulator I would recommend in getting a small air compressor if you don't have a car shop

This a question to everyone: Brady: I recently bought a geurilla hpa tank and i just got it filled today and while i was shooting i noticed the gauge fell pass 0, the gauge was pointing twords the x1000 mark. Also the gauge looks a little off center, i think it was unscrewing or something, what has happend here?
@beerpongmaster15 you can use a scuba tank thats got a higher psi than the gun tank but make sure you dont over fill it, but i your scuba tank is lower than the gun tank then your not gunna be able to fill the gun tank all the way.
is the air you use for tires the same as pressurized for a pb gun. Because we have a big air tank to fill tires and i was wondering if i could get an attachment to fit an air tank.???
@xTOMMYx67 NOOO use only HPA tanks for HPA and CO2 for CO2 mixing the two up will lead to possible death and more than likely injury. HPA have regulators and other safety measures please only use HPA tanks for HPA.
@xTOMMYx67 The prices very by brand but expect to pay around 150 + or -. If you have a electro marker then it is a must that you use HPA it isn't mandatory that you use it for something like a tippmann but it is easier on the internals and gives you better consistency in hot or cold weather where CO2 can drop off.
Sometimes we play a 3 day game and we have to bring what we need at the beginning. No supply runs in the middle of the game so our team hauls in 3-5 bottles each. It is fun because if you underestimate you basically run out of ammo or food or other.
hey i messaged before and i'm looking too get a carbon fiber tank i have a 3000psi scuba tank for refilling and am wondering what my best choice of a new ank would be thanks.
@suhaibN 2 or 3 actual scuba tanks. they run for about $200 each roughly. if you live far away from a field and set up a rec field with a bunch of friends like i did, 2 or 3 of these is worth it
Soo when your filling the hpa tank do you let the air run until the pressure is equal ? Or do you have too stop and close te scuba tank valve when it reachs 3000psi or whateber you tank is ?
@zStone941 if your hpa tank and scuba tank are both rated for 3000psi then youd let it fill until both tanks have equal pressure. and its ok to fill a 4500psi hpa tank with a 3000psi scuba because it will just stop at whatever the pressure is inside the scuba tank. the only way youd have to watch your hpa tank gauge and stop the fill manually at 3000psi is if your scuba tank/fill source has more pressure than your hpa tank is rated at. unless your using a compressor all you can do is equalize
@MrQwerty556 If it is a 4500 psi tank. You fill it to a max of 4500 psi. If it is a 3000 psi tank, you fill it to a max of 3000 psi. Common, ive seen 7 year old do more complicated math. The psi will be on the tank
@cody11567 NOOOOO! CO2 tanks are NOOOOOT rated for 3000psi, not even close. If you tried it would blow up in your face and seriously injure you or someone else.
i know it sounds stupid but can someone tell me about hpa tanks cuz my friend said if u dont have an o ring on the tank and the asa that the tank would fly back and could kill u is that true pleases reply

whats the highest psi to fill your tank i dont wanna splode it
MrQwerty556 1 year ago
@MrQwerty556 If it is a 4500 psi tank. You fill it to a max of 4500 psi. If it is a 3000 psi tank, you fill it to a max of 3000 psi. Common, ive seen 7 year old do more complicated math. The psi will be on the tank

@cody11567 NOOOOO! CO2 tanks are NOOOOOT rated for 3000psi, not even close. If you tried it would blow up in your face and seriously injure you or someone else.
