I worked for couple of months in a non-governmental organization and I left because that was ridiculous. They get money from UN and OSCE, use some of it to print like 200-300 nobody-never-ever-could-read magazines, initiate couple of pools, than divide the rest of the money between top NGO members.

At the end of the each month they write statements about how much and what for they have spent money. And you know they are not honest at all.
