The current House version of Obamacare explicitly authorizes the Administration to pay for all abortions under the "public option". Those enrolled in that option would be required (regardless of their personal moral convictions) to pay into abortion-on-demand coverage. Abortionists would send bills for abortions to the federal government, and they would receive payment checks drawn on a federal (public funds) account. This is direct federal government funding of abortion.

True, the term "reproductive health" often refers to pelvic exams, contraception, and other areas. But contraceptives like the Pill are abortifacients, and Planned Parenthood's concept of "reproductive health" includes surgical abortion. So if Obama's saying that reproductive health is a basic part of a health care plan, insurance companies will be forced to supply funds for it, whether or not they want to. That's the issue, though the ad has a blunt way of showing it.
